WWW Digital Function Generator (DFG) is a powerful and user-friendly set of web-based tools for generating stereo sounds of arbitrary complexity and ultimate quality. DFG modules allow a variety of interesting acoustical, audio, auditory, psychoacoustic and electronic experiments. They are also great for teaching.

DFG consists of 12 software modules for generation of pure tones, warble tones, tone bursts, frequency sweeps, square waves, triangular waves, sawtooth waves, delta-pulse train, white and pink noise, 1- and 1/3-octave noise and narrow band noise in the 0 to 22,000 Hz frequency range. Wave amplitude is adjustable over the -140 to 0 dB range in 1 dB steps. S/N ratio is 96 dB.
